      Why don’t I see my Tillful Card information when I log in to my dashboard or app?

      Here's the quick fix for Tillful Card holders

      If you are both a Tillful member (with a score) and a Tillful Card holder, then you have 2 logins:

      1. One login is for the Tillful app, which contains your score. If you see your score & matched offers, you are not in the right app.
      2. One login is for the Tillful Card. This dashboard contains your card activity, credit line information, and more.

      We’re working on combining both under a single account and login! For now, make sure you’re logging into the **Tillful Card App** when looking for information about your card.
